<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">      The walnuts are great source of proteins and fiber. They are, also, good source of vitamin E which has antioxidant properties. Next, the walnuts contain amino acid which offers different vascular benefits for people with heart diseases but, also, to them with increased risk of heart diseases. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">     Some researches have shown that the walnuts decrease the risk of prostate cancer and the risk of breast cancer. Taking two handfuls walnuts a day decreases the risk of breast cancer by half. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">     The walnuts contain neuro protective elements including vitamin E, folate, melatonin, omega-3 fats and antioxidant. Researches have shown that consuming walnuts improves brain health. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">      In nowadays, there is an increased use of walnut&#8217;s oil. It is produced from dried and cold pressed walnuts. This oil is rich source of antioxidant but, also, of magnesium and copper. 35g. walnut&#8217;s oil contains the same nutritive values as 50g. walnuts. Is not recommended for cooking.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: left;">For example the coffee can be replaced with cocoa. High percentage of cocoa improves the brain blood flow and in short term improves the concentration. Therefore milk chocolate can be replaced with chocolate with higher percentage of cocoa 60-70%.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The fish and other sea food rich in fatty acid improves the focus and study efficiency. Therefore at least twice a week eat sardines in stead of fast food.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Nuts and dry fruit can be a good repleasment for chips, flips&#8230;.Student can prepare their own mixture. For example nut, dry fruit and peaces of chocolate high in cocoa. In Europe these kind of food is called students food and brain food.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Of course, always nearby should be kept fresh fruit and veggie. For example apples improve memory. Bananas help brain easily get sugar needed.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">One of the most important thing that we always forget it&#8217;s the water. Hydration improves focus. Always keep bottle of water nearby.</p>

Then add the onion. Fry it till shinny and transparent. Next, add chopped carrot, pepper, bliss, parsley, broccoli. Stear it and fry it a little bit. Then, add 1 l. water. Add food supplement, salt and black pepper.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Now make the dumplings. In on dish broke one egg and add food supplement. Stear it. Then add the wheat semolina and stear again to get compact mixture.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">When the water starts boiling add the dumplings using tea spoon. Let it boil for about 10 minutes.</span></p>
