<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">6tsp.                     olive oil</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">3tsp.                     red chilly </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">                         powder(not hot)</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">         In one small dish dissolve the yeast and the sugar into 100ml. lukewarm water. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">        In one big bowl add all ingredients and knead a dough. Cover the bowl with kitchen towel and let it rest for half hour. After that, make balls from the dough and put them in round baking pan. Leave the balls rest for additional half hour. On top add some bread crumbs. Then bake it on 180°C. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">       Crash the eggs into one bowl. Then, whisk the eggs. Next, add the flours, the oil, the milk, the baking powder and one tea spoon salt. Mix all ingredients with spatula. After that, add chopped spinach and white cheese. Mix again. Coat the muffin mould with margarine. Then pour the mixture into the mould. Bake on 180°C till golden-brown.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">40g.                     yeast</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">250-300g.           sesame</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">          Dissolve the yeast in to 100ml. lukewarm water, a teaspoon of sugar and a pitch of flour. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">        Take one bowl and pour the flour in it. Then, add the yeast, the oil, 400ml. lukewarm water, 4teaspoons sugar, the salt. Next, knead a dough. Leave the dough a side covered with kitchen towel for about half an hour.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">       In meanwhile, in one soup plate add lukewarm water. In another dish add sesame seeds. Take the dough and rip the pieces one by one. Make rolls and sink it in the water for a second. Then roll it into the sesame seeds. Next put it into a baking pan. Preheat the oven on 180°C and bake the bagels till became red brown in color.</span></p>

Put the pot on the oven and wait till the water starts boiling.Then, add 250g. tarana. Cook it 8-10 minutes. Stir from time to time.Till is still warm pour it into a soup plates. Then, plane down white cheese. Leave it to cool down and it will be ready to eat.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">In a deeper dish add the flour, the oil, the salt, the desolved yeast and the rest of the water. Knead a dough. Knead a soft dough. Use kitchen towel to cover the dough. Leave the dough to rest for about half an hour.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Next, take the dough and make 12-14 balls(the size of the balls depends on how big calcone you want to get). Put one ball on floured desk. Twine a ball with the bun In a circle shape. On one half add 2 tablespoons ketchup and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise. Then smudge it with spoon. Next add 2 pieces yellow cheese, 2 pieces salami, some champignons and oregano. After that overlap the calcone and close it with fork. Do the same with the rest of the balls. Then wrisk the yolk and coat the calcone. Add some susame seed on top. Bake on 180°C till yellow-red.</span></p>
