Boiled bagels


1kg.                   flour

500ml.               lukewarm


200ml.               sunflower oil

5 teasp.              sugar

3teasp.               salt

40g.                     yeast

250-300g.           sesame


          Dissolve the yeast in to 100ml. lukewarm water, a teaspoon of sugar and a pitch of flour. 

        Take one bowl and pour the flour in it. Then, add the yeast, the oil, 400ml. lukewarm water, 4teaspoons sugar, the salt. Next, knead a dough. Leave the dough a side covered with kitchen towel for about half an hour.

       In meanwhile, in one soup plate add lukewarm water. In another dish add sesame seeds. Take the dough and rip the pieces one by one. Make rolls and sink it in the water for a second. Then roll it into the sesame seeds. Next put it into a baking pan. Preheat the oven on 180°C and bake the bagels till became red brown in color.
