Eggplant salad


1 eggplant

100g. white cheese

3-4 nuts walnuts

1-2 gloves of garlic

4tsp. mayonnaise

2tsp.  sour cream

Put the eggplant on small baking pan and bake it on 180°C for about 15 minutes. Take fork and if it easy stabbing the eggplant ,it’s done. Then, peel it and let it bathe and cool down. After that, cut it on small pieces and put it in deeper plate. Add chopped cheese, walnuts, garlic and salt. Then, add mayonnaise and the sour cream. Mix it. Pour the mixture into a serving plate and decorate with oregano and walnuts or hazelnuts.
