5 pork chops
150ml. white wine
180gr. sour cream
½ tsp. flour
Put the chops into a deeper dish and add water to cover it up. Add one handful of salt. Then leave the chops for about 2-3 hours.
After that, take the chops off the water and put them on frying pan. Pour the wine in. Put the pan on oven. Bing it to boiling. Boil it till the wine evaporates. Next, add some oil and fry the chops till become finely red. Take the chops off the pan. Put it a side. Then, in the pan add the flour and fry it till become red. Next add the champignons and 200ml. champignons marinade or 200ml. water. Bring it to boil and boil it for 5 minutes till thicken. After that, add the sour cream and briefly stir. Then add the chops and let them a few seconds. Next, take the pan off the oven. Serve it.
