Tuna salad


7-8             cooked potatoes

4                 cooked carrots

5                 prickles

400g          vegetable yellow   


250g.         champignons

2                 cans of tuna

4tsp.           ajvar

1 jar            light mayonnaise


        Take one bowl. Grind 2 potatoes. Then, grind one carrot, one pickle, part of  the vegetable yellow cheese. Next smash half tuna from one can and add to the salad. Add sliced champignons, one tablespoon ajvar. Then coat with mayonnaise. Repeat the procedure till finish all ingredients.

       Finally add the rest of the mayonnaise, but leave some for decoration. Also add salt and mix the whole mixture. Then put the salad in to the serving dishes and decorate it as you wish.
