1kg. wheat flour
500ml. lukewarm water
6tsp. olive oil
3tsp. red chilly
In one small dish dissolve the yeast and the sugar into 100ml. lukewarm water.
In one big bowl add all ingredients and knead a dough. Cover the bowl with kitchen towel and let it rest for half hour. After that, make balls from the dough and put them in round baking pan. Leave the balls rest for additional half hour. On top add some bread crumbs. Then bake it on 180°C.
